Why can’t I invite a specific contact?

My contacts are not showing up when I select the add people icon. How can I fix this?
If you have not given the app full access to your contacts, additional contacts may not be available to add. Confirm your settings provide full access to contacts. In addition, contacts need to include First Name, Last name and email address or phone number to be recognized in Nestfully.

What if I add a client as a lead but I'm still not connected to them in the Nestfully app?
Please make sure that your client has downloaded the app and used your invite code to create their Nestfully app account. Once they have, confirm they accept the prompt that asks them to verify that you are their agent within the app.
If your client has downloaded and signed into the app, but did not use your invite code please have them search for you as their agent and connect that way. Here is an article that explains how to have your leads connect to you.
